approved redress schemes for letting and property management agents.
This gives our customers access to independent dispute resolution if a complaint cannot be resolved
through our internal complaints procedure.

If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our response, you may ask for your complaint to be reviewed by a
Director of Lease For Life Housing Group Ltd.
A Director will carry out a further review of your complaint and provide a final written response within 7
working days.
